Pretium - Property Value Illuminator
Pretium - Property Value Illuminator is a free Chrome add-on developed by Pretium. It is designed to automatically lookup estimated property values while browsing Australian real estate listings. The add-on helps combat under or missing price quotes, providing users with aggregate property value estimations from trusted sources. Pretium does not conduct value estimations itself, but rather directs users to established providers.
Pretium was created out of frustration with the Sydney housing market, where agents are not obliged to provide a price guide on listings, and even when they do, the numbers are often wildly inaccurate. Searching for value estimators for every address of interest can be tiresome, which is where Pretium comes in. By providing property value estimations alongside listings, Pretium aims to be part of the solution.
